This is a short update, the word is that Garie Road will reopen mid 2025.
In an effort to get ready to resume Garie Boardriders events in mid 2025, membership for 2025 is now open.
We are getting Club T-Shirts done and social events are on the agenda with a new younger Committee in place with fresh ideas for the Boardriders.
Despite numerous statements by politicians that it would open for summer this year is might end up being summer next year, we just don't know.
Fees have been reduced for 2025 given the uncertain about how many events we will be able to hold.
Another wave pool events is planned as well, the first was a success.
